Overview

A battle-tested multi-purpose Discord bot serving Minecraft-France's large community since 2016, featuring advanced moderation, NLP-powered safety detection, and comprehensive community management tools.

What I built

  • NLP-powered detection of hacked accounts, spam, and off-topic content with blacklists and raid detection
  • Temporary voice mutes and bans, bulk deletion, and comprehensive edit/delete logging
  • Auto-recreated LFG threads, RSS integration, and Redis-cached message retrieval

Lessons learned

TypeScript dramatically improves maintainability, Redis caching is essential for high-volume servers, and user experience matters as much as features. Private implementation (not open source) — years of proven uptime.
