Overview
A privacy-first Discord bot that logs voice channel activity, providing server moderators with historical context through an intuitive browser-based replay interface.
The problem
As an admin of a large Discord server, I needed timing-aware context to investigate user reports and objective logs to avoid false reports, all while respecting user privacy.
What I built
- Records all voice events (joins, leaves, mutes, video, screen share) into a replayable timeline
- SvelteKit web interface with filter and search capabilities
- Logs stored on each server's Discord channels for full data sovereignty
