A Discord bot that elegantly bridges Twitch and Discord by automatically creating Discord scheduled events when streamers go live, providing rich context without notification spam.
The problem
Traditional Twitch notification systems are all-or-nothing with spam potential, lack rich information, and don't leverage Discord's native event system.
What I built
- Automatic Discord event creation when streamers go live with title, game, and thumbnail
- Selective per-streamer alerts, viewer count tracking, and stream history
- Vue.js web dashboard with real-time WebSocket updates
